How to Pay
We currently accept payments via the following channels:
- Atome Shopping Installments
- Bank Deposit via BDO or BPI
Atome Shopping Installments
Atome is a virtual credit card that you can use to make purchases with affiliated merchant partners like On the Glow PH. Through Atome, you can choose to pay your purchases in monthly installments for up to six months.

Bank Deposit via BDO or BPI
If you opt for the bank deposit option, payment instructions will appear in the page right after you submit your order. We'll also be sending you an invoice with the payment instructions within one (1) business day. You can pay over-the-counter, or simply transfer funds online. Your order will be reserved for a maximum of 48 hours, during which you have to send us a copy of the transaction slip to confirm payment.
If you wish to make changes or cancel your order, quickly drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after you've submitted your order. Please type in 'CHANGE/CANCELLATION - [ORDER NO.]' in the subject line of the email so we can swiftly sort it out.
Shipping & Delivery
On the Glow PH ships to all destinations in the Philippines at a flat rate of Php50 for all orders below Php3,000. Shipping is free for orders worth Php3,000 and above.
Your order will be shipped within one (1) business day after payment has been confirmed. You will be emailed shipping details and a tracking number once your package has been dispatched.
Deliveries typically take 2-3 working days for Metro Manila destinations and 5-7 working days for destinations outside Metro Manila.
If your package hasn't arrived within fourteen (14) business days after dispatch, feel free to contact us at email@example.com — please write 'DELAYED DELIVERY - [ORDER NO.]' in the subject line of the email.
If there is something missing, incorrect, or damaged in your parcel, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery receipt so we can quickly work on this issue. Please put 'ERROR - [ORDER NO.]' in the subject line and attach photos of the damage/defect with a short description of the problem.
Note that all requests for returns, refunds, and exchanges will be first assessed by our team before we proceed with the return instructions. If your return request is approved, we will process your refund once the item has been delivered back to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the return shipping fee will be at your expense.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
On the Glow PH only offers returns, refunds, and exchanges with products that were received with clear substantial defect or damage. Products that have been slightly used or opened will not be eligible for returns. While we're gutted a product might have not worked out for your skin, we unfortunately can't take the items back due to merchant limitations and hygiene standards.
